On 1/14/2021, I came in to have my car's oil changed and auxiliary battery checked and your representative, Dean Stricker, was mean and very obnoxious to me. After he quoted the price of the oil change, I asked for a discount, but he did not give me one, stating the price was already discounted. An hour later, he gave me a list of items the technician found that needed to be done and one of them was the auxiliary battery. I asked for a discount again and this time he gave me one. During this COVID 19 pandemic, I am on a tight budget and having to ask him twice for a discount was begging. It was humiliating! And while I was waiting, I asked him to provide me with the name and price of car part and he said he would help me after he took care of another customer. So after he was done with the customer, I reminded him of my request. He got upset for no reason and told me to go to the parts department. He should have told me that earlier instead of wasting my time by making me wait until he was done with the other customer. The way he treated me was in a stern, mean, and degrading manner. He was not friendly or helpful. He was abusive and disrespectful, and he had no good customer relation skills. I would like a written and verbal apology. This was a very, very bad experience for me. I felt hurt.

We love Jack, but after keeping my truck for close to a week & spending $2,800 or so for repairs on my 1995 Forerunner, the “check engine” light came on shortly after picking up my truck & driving away & never turned off. It just was rather annoying that now I have to bring it back again when I spent all that $ & thought the problem was fixed... the only bright spot was Jack.

I asked If I could purchase a gas cap and was quoted about 30$ . I was never told there was going to be an installation fee making my total come out to $110 with my oil change . I am upset.
