I had an appointment with Joe **** but one of the team at the Customer Service podium (at the vehicle drop off area) noticed me waiting. I waited about 5 minutes and he walked over asking how he could help. He mentioned Joe was not working that day and walked me to Lily’s office. Lily was gracious and immediately helped me get registered. She called me within a short while to tell me the issue with my vehicle and the cost. I appreciated the team stepping up like they did, which made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you!

I was satisfied with oil service but Usually the contact person, goes over results. This time just got a call saying it was ready and that there were recommendation to make my appointment later on if I wanted and to go to cashier. When I went to cashier, she filed paperwork incorrectly. Cashier was very kind and professional. From the call for appointment, to appointment date and call letting me know it was ready, representative seemed disconnected and could be more attentive/professional. I felt customer service with representative could use some improvement. Usually service is better, I actually witness another representative with another customer rendering exceptional customer service.
