Lily is very helpful. She helped resolve an issue in my car that otherwise wouldn’t be able to drive. I think the mechanics team is very efficient to get things done too. I was promised to wait two hours and I did get my car back on time. This was an emergency so I didn’t have an appointment scheduled prior. I’m very happy with my first service at Frontier with Lily. I feel very comfortable working with her again since she keeps things very transparent and easy to work with, not to mention about her being patient and friendly.

I mentioned to Gus that my truck was making a high pitched noise that sounded like an issue with a belt. When I got the truck back I was told that the truck soon would need work on numerous things but that they didn’t hear the noise. This was the second time that I’ve mentioned this issue with your service team and it’s the second time that you’ve failed to find the issue. I don’t think that this is Gus’ fault because he’s not the mechanic, however, he failed to help me resolve the issue. I continue to drive around town turning heads whenever I drive by pedestrians. The noise is that loud.

Arshak is the first service writer in many moons that listens, and one that I can converse with, who had an understanding of the mechanical issues being discussed. I was able to discuss and work through the options to arrive at a satisfactory solution. You have highly skilled technicians. They have to receive correct customer input to do the best job. Arshak seems to be an excellent liaison between customer and service. I spent a lot of money but feel it was well worth it. I trust him.
