Carlos was extremely rude. When asking him questions about the outcome of the service on my vehicle he was very short, and attempted to belittle me for not answering my phone when he called. Upon receiving the message about my vehicle, Carlos made no mention that my vehicle needed any type of additional service or maintenance. Once arriving to his office he stated that he left me a detailed message about the state of my vehicle. This was incorrect. Overall, he had the worst service of any person I have ever worked at Toyota Frontier and I was very disappointed.

Jack was very friendly and helpful. He made me aware of a repair that would have been extremely costly. Fortunately, the repair was covered under warranty and he suggested to get the repair done before my warranty ended. He kept me in the loop when the repair was authorized and when my car would be ready for pick up and called me when it was done. Great customer service!
