To be honest the serviced by mr arsnak was very disappointing as soon as he handed us the key and said it was done we don’t him anymore and when we checked the wiper at the back the rubber insert still tornout its good that abvisor at no. 10 helped us and replaced it. Note that this was phone in appointment indicating that ALL wiper inserts be replaced.

The service specialist did not offer me a ride back home, or back to the dealership when the service was finished. Also I I complained about the stability of my RAV4 on the freeway and she replied I can’t do anything about it today please schedule another appointment with Valerie Reynoso for checking that! I felt that I took my car to Walmart!
