Having a new car in for service, I was surprised it took 2 hours.
And I had to follow up with the status by going to see Alex.
Then he told me it was ready. Perhaps it was ready after 1 1/2 hours
as he told me. I won’t mention it to Corporate but I wanted to tell you
my honest opinion. With Covid-19, it made me feel uncomfortable.
