I was fine with everything except how long it took. And I really really wish there had been coffee or water available. It took 2:40 for oil change and tire rotation. I am ok with that because Dec 22 could be Xmas lunches etc. and maybe they were short staffed. But they should know that and estimate accordingly. Coffee would have made the wait so much better but I was very pleased with everyone’s courtesy as always at Frontier. My favorite dealership

We have a rattling sound every time we turn on our AC. Sometimes it rattles, and some times it doesn’t. Usually after you drive it for a while with the AC on. Brought it in only to be told unless they hear it they can’t do anything. So durning this pandemic we sat there for hours to have nothing fixed.

dean was great. but honda washes the cars and so does bmw. honda cashier is open until 7pm while you close at 6pm. at me previous visit, you were not able to program my extra keys and did not find a leaking water pump despite 100-point inspection which was later found at this visit. i programmed the keys myself with techstream software. little things count and frontier toyota is missing marks.
