Dean went above and beyond o my behalf. He probably wasn't aware that he was getting a Mission Impossible situation. My car had been towe DDT to the dealership the night before and left for dead. The ignition wasn't working and a loud shrill noise was coming from the dash and killed the battery

He listened to me. It was the 3rd time I had brought the new car with 1,000 miles in for tire pressure. He figured out it was a bad sensor. The only thing was it took a while to get it fixed. But I rearranged my plans. Overall it was good service.
