The service I received from Alex was more than whatever I expecting and the day when I have the first call which I got a problem with my schedule for bring the Toyota Sienna to make the job is required
He solve my problem with courtesy and diligently with knowledge of my concerns from the moment I step down at the reception lines as well the cashier which help me to without ask for help was very kind unafortunali dont remember her name everybody was so courteous and I make statement that the janitorial people who have so clean and look like came from some where right away after the person live from the sitting area clean again to make sure everyone is safe and protected from each other .I very satisfy with all the personal from different teams at "TOYOTA FRONTIER"

Joe did a good job of organizing my car service and contacting me when it was rready. I felt he was rather iimpersonable. I got no consideration when I expressed concern about how I was going to pick up my car since there is now no shuttle or Uber service. I like a little bit more social contact. He was efficient, however.
