We have been working with Alex for both our vehicles. He is my husbands go to guy. He is fair not pushy but clear on his recommendations and why need them.
I have gone to him for a battery in my key fob and simple headlight issue. He is always willing to serve us well regardless how small or big the issues are. Also he recommends the extended service plan which help us out in the long run because we are there every 3 months or so to keep our cars at their best.

The air pressure was not checked on this service appointment. After I drove me vehicle off from the appointment, my tire pressure light came on. I went to America’s Tire, to have the air pressure checked, and they filled my tires with the proper pressure. ALL tires had a pressure reading of 28-29 psi, and the appropriate pressure for my tires should be 38 psi.
This makes me wonder if maybe other checks were missed too?

I would of liked my car returned to me clean. There were black prints all over the front hood of the car. Most dealerships usually clean customer’s vehicle when a major replacement/repair is done. Jack was very helpful and so far satisfied with the car’s performance after the replacement of the transmission.
