The agent Alex Saenz made a statement that I was responsible for the engine undercover to fall down. This happened 3 x already on my Prius. The last one I was driving in the freeway and I didn’t hit any debris but it just fell down by itself. This was just replaced 3 months ago.
I told him that their product was obviously defective because it happened 3x. I have 4 other cars but it doesn’t have this type of problem.
