Joe is a great service manager. This is my fault. You performed a hybrid fan filter on our Prius. The issue I had the same service performed on the Prius 11 months ago. I found this out when I reviewed my records. Conclusion I agreed to a service I did not need yet. I will try to be better at reviewing service. Also you all need to be better.
