Jack did a wonderful job for us. When the technician discovered our rear brakes were almost worn out Jack promptly called and clearly explained our options and gave us his recommendation which we followed. He was able to get our brakes serviced the same day and we were quickly on our way knowing our truck was safe and properly serviced.

Joe had me waiting for about 2 1/2 hours starting at 8am during my appointment to replace the mail that was in my left rear tire of my Tacoma truck. At the end of the 2 1/2 hours he said that they did not have the new tire in stock and had patched it. He said to bring it later in the day at 1pm or another day while they got the new tire. I brought it back the 1pm the same day after taking time off from work again and he said it would take about 45 minutes. Joe had me waiting for about 2 more hours after I asked twice about the status of my truck.
When my truck was ready I asked Joe if they can accommodate me for my next service next month by giving me a discount due to the inconvenience of me having to come back for a problem that Frontier Toyota should have had the first time. I lost basically a whole day of work having to come back to replace the patched tire and I was definitely not happy with the service and how Joe handled the situation. He clearly saw I was inpatient at the end of the day and when I asked about a possible discount for the inconvenience he just said, “No we don’t do that”. I always service my cars at Frontier and I’m always satisfied with the service and customer service, but this time Joe was not professional and friendly to my service.

I already described the rude and unprofessional behavior of Gustavo to the manager. Joe **** texted me that my car is ready but did not come to me like other service representatives do. I had to go look for him and then he told me to bring the car back with half or fully empty which is exactly the opposite of what Toyota as well as the customer care manager asked to do. He seemed unaware of the issues involved in this fuel tank problem. He kept insisting that there is nothing wrong even though I brought the car with full tank to be examined and fixed as suggested by Toyota.
