My only issue is some stain left on the floor mat - looked liked some grease. Don’t you use the paper liners anymore?

I brought my 2013 frs in for the factory recall on the valve springs. I was returned a car with a week alternator and a dead battery. I have driven this car as my daily means of transportation for 7 years. I have had zero problems with the car sense I bought it from your dealership. When the car was released to me I was informed that the alternator was putting out 8 volts. Witch is a manageable situation, except your service department also drained my battery. The car didn't even make it to the creekside stop sign before it died on me. Then your service manager Ruben refused to help me get my car back to the dealership. When I attempted to talk to Ruben he just sat the in his chair arms crossed. He's lack of concern and his hostile body language is very concerning for a service manager. Is he is unable to properly communicate with the guest he shouldn't be in a guest facing position. He was very rude and cold. As a hospitality manager I am very aware of the importance of guest recovery. Someone needs to explain the importance of guest satisfaction to Ruben.

It took almost 3 hours for a routine service. I do not find that acceptable. I don’t believe it to be Deans fault but find it inconsiderate on the part of Frontier. I attempted to speak with the service manager but he was on the phone the entire time I stood in front of his office waiting to speak to him.

Amber at the desk was rude when questions were asked. When car was brought out the person driving the car was driving fast and took turn extremely fast. When I looked at scratch on passenger side, which I did not comment on, immediately I believe his name was Jack or Jake stated, “That is from a curb.”
