I usually have Valerie taking care of me and she's pretty nice, past week I was there and gentleman gave me a paper and asked me to go to Lily Keshishyan Gamboa's office and I was so disappointed.She has a very bad attitude, and God thanks when she was making my appointment this week, she said I will have an appointment with Valerie again otherwise I would not go to this place anymore. This week I went in Valerie wasn't there and Jack took care of me. He was awesome and I love how nice he is to everyone.

I waited patiently in the dealership for my car to be serviced. I had to contact the service representative to find out why my car was not ready at the estimated time. After hearing the explanation for the delay, I was offered a discount price which was nice. When additional work was suggested, I agreed after being advised of an additional half hour. Instead the additional work took an hour to complete instead of a half hour. The service representative was apologetic and kind about the delay.

Jack was very professional and and very prompt . He didn’t realize that I had returned back to the dealership to shop for some misc. items while waiting for my car and while I was at the cashier desk, the cashier told me that my car was just finished. Within 30 secs, I got a text and a call from Jack notifying me that my car was ready for pick up. It was perfect timing and happy to know that he was diligent in making sure that I had my car back as soon as it was ready.

Valerie has been our customer service representative for many years, and she is one reason that we continue to buy from Frontier Toyota. She’s always treated us like a VIP, is very responsive to our messages when we need to bring our cars in, and she communicates with us immediately when there are issues.
