I had a new transmission put in about a month ago. Ever since then the car has been very noisy when I start it up in the mornings. Sometimes at the end of the day too. I brought the car in to see if the situation could be remedied but the technicians couldn’t find anything ithat was making the engine loud when I started it up. Apparently the engine has to cool off for it to happen.I was happy that there was no charge to check it out. However, now I have to decide if I want to leave it overnight at some point to see if they can figure out why it’s noisy in the morning when the engine is cold.

*You are a participating Advantage Care dealer (according to your website), but when we went there to use Advantage Care, you told us you weren’t taking that from other dealers—but would do it just this once. That’s not what Advantage Care is! If you are participating, then you should be taking it from any dealership.
* The paperwork said you filled all the fluids. We specifically asked for that because the rear windshield fluid was out. Well, our rear windshield still has no fluid. We tried it three days after being serviced with you guys. So you did not do what you said you had done—which makes me question if you did anything you said you did. We will be going down to Hamer Toyota for servicing in the future.
