Surprised that exterior of vehicle wasn't washed as was done at Ferris Toyota in Ohio. Also, I had requested right side wiper blade checked as it was leavining an unwiped area on windshield. As I explained to Jack, I had a difficult time getting this appointment having called Ashley in June. However finally gotnin and Jack did an excellent job. This was my first experience with Frontier service, and as long as Jack is there I will be back in November, for my third Toyota Care appointment for our Camry.
