Jack the service guy in the end said to me your car is ready and mentioned going to Walmart to.get my parts just because I ask about a battery foe.my car and I thought it was expensive at the dealer so thats something I will not appreciate from anyone at any dealer, no service man knows my struggle and to.have one service representative come up to me and suggest to go-to Walmart for better pricing, he was lucky I was in a good mood otherwise I would've kick his **** then, he was so dumb to.say this to me, now everyone will know how dumb **** he is on YELP look and read my review, sorry frontier Toyota but people need to know the stupidity of some of your service guys

Gustavo Alatorre let me book a last minute appointment for this afternoon to insure my vehicle was safe for me to travel this coming week. He also took the time to give me an overview of the “source screen” in my vehicle so I could successfully use my Google map when I was traveling. I had requested a tire inspection as my vehicle is now 6 years old and there was definite cracking around the perimeters. I set up another appointment for this weekend to replace all four tires. I requested my appointment with “Gus” as I always feel confident he has my best interests in mind.
