The service is great, but several employees did not wear their masks properly.
I don’t feel safe with lots of noses sticking out of masks. Please manage your staff with regards to mask wearing. It’s important for public safety.

Requested the seat be attached in the third row when I came to pick up the vehicle it was not attached. People are very nice try hard to please just need to be more careful when assessing the vehicle.
