I brought my car in for a safety recall and to check out the hybrid system since the light was on. They did the safety recall and a 27 point inspection or whatever but did not give ANY information about the hybrid system. Very unhelpful. The service rep also couldn’t answer simple questions or explain things. I have two other cars and the other brands dealerships are so much better! Also, I didn’t feel like the tech is being honest/fairly priced so I’m exploring other options.
Also, please do not automatically schedule appoints for people when they call to ask questions. I did not appreciate that - your dealer obviously reverse looked up my phone number and then scheduled an appointment and when I “missed it” they called snd left me a sassy message about rescheduling. Not a good business practice.

Yes of course. I never respond to surveys, however, Carlos Lopez at Valencia, was an awesome person who just made me happy I was a customer of Toyota, honestly. Very personable, honest, straight up person. I only hope I get him again next time I take my Tacoma back. He clearly demonstrates that he enjoys his job and that is hard to come by these days.
