There was a miscommunication between Dean and I about going ahead with the work on my car. This meant hours of wasted time and though I do understand that mistakes and missed communications happen, Dean did not seem the least bit apologetic or try to make it right. I will not be returning to your dealership for the work due to the terrible customer service I received.

The overall service that I received on Friday was good. Where there is room for improvement is with the lady that helped me check my car in. Her name is Lily. She didn’t make much conversation, she was using her phone and didn’t really interact at all with me or my 3 year old son. It made me feel weird. Usually everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. That wasn’t the case yesterday 10/15/21.

The clunking noise sound from front of the vehicle was pretty obvious and noticeable as soon as starts driving the car, I’m wondering why wasn’t able to identify where it’s coming from since Toyota has well trained qualified mechanic and tech who has capability and skills to troubleshoot or perform this type of issue. I was confident that you guys will be able to fix it, but it didn’t happened. I’m so disappointed.

My car smelled like Freon which can be dangerous and I could not figure out why the smell of coolant was in the car. Dean tried to help but didn’t find a solution. His suggestion of using Lysol did not help my fears that a leak or spilled coolant was somewhere in my vehicle. Never had this with previous service. Super scared to drive my car home worried about what caused this problem.
