I like your service but it seems you always have to sell me something everytime I go in. I get you have to make money it but sometimes it's too much maybe give your loyal regular cutomers a deal here and there once in a while. No shame on Dean he's very helpful on my all questions so far.

Logan Marshall was pleasant and very helpful. Answered all of my questions and was able to solve an issue we have had with the voice recognition on the GPS. Our appointment however was entirely too long for a basic maintenance with no problems found. (45 over what we were told). I was told my appointment fell during the mechanics lunchtime. This was a bit upsetting to me that their lunchtime would be added in to make my appointment longer.
