I only spoke to Joe on the phone. I believe Gustavo (service office #9) was who helped me and he was absolutely fantastic! Whoever handled my keys broke my keychain in half, shoved the broken pieces into the cup holder and said nothing about it. So that was disappointing.

Logan A Marshall, the service advisor was giving attitude and seemed like he did not want to help us. When I got there he was dry and serious. When I asked him if it would be possible to schedule another appointment for the rest of the services my vehicle needs on the following Tuesday he bluntly said that he’ll do that after everything. So I waited and once he finished he gave me my papers. I asked if there was anywhere we could wait and in a very uninterested tone told us where it was. It wasn’t until then that I noticed that he didn’t even make my appointment. I went back and he was on his phone so I quietly said excuse me to not interrupt and he turned to me and rolled his eyes. Come to find out we call to confirm the appointment and he didn’t make my appointment for the day and time we had agreed on. He had scheduled it whatever time he sought fit without letting me know. One thing is to be serious and another is to be rude and roll you eyes at a consumer.
