Service provider was great, but your policy of alternating oil changes with tire rotations is a blatant effort to use up the free services that are part of purchasing new vehicles. There’s no reason tire rotations and oil changes need to be alternated every 5,000 miles. Toyota service people have told me that. Toyota should be ashamed of themselves. Especially with repeat customers
