Original estimate was considerably lower than when I brought my vehicle in for the work.
Based on my previous experiences with Frontier swayed me to go forward with the repairs.

She was great. Took care of it right away. Communication via phone immediately right after I checked in, right when it was ready and a thank you email today. Couldn’t be any better. Also, not to take away from her, but Jack and other ‘representatives’ that I have dealt with ( you would have to go through the emails, but they need cusps as well) are also very great. To be honest, I am really trying not to be a Toyota guy, but it is your staff, not just the service Personel, that made me feel comfortable in purchasing one.

My car wasn’t finished on time and I have to go home with an uber the trip going home is free but they said I will be picked up by Uber the next day to pick up my car but no Uber came and I have to pay out of my pocket and got late to work.
