More than two hours waiting for my car despite having an previously requested appointment. Also the representative was to busy with other clients that she didn’t pay attention to my concerns. I felt uncomfortable.

Alex was fantastic! The blonde lady at the end of the day was one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with in a business. Having a rude unprofessional cashier like her does NOT reflect well on your business and makes me wonder if I should take my car to another dealer for service to avoid being treated so poorly.
When other customers praise me for standing up to her because they have had issues in the past you know your business has a problem.
