I was expecting free service for an oil change, and windshield wipers replaced since I have a warranty on my Corolla and they charged me $60. when I made my appointment, every single thing I clicked said “0.00”.
I wasn’t able to pick up my car before they closed, since I am working, and when I called to see if someone could pick it up for me, I was transferred 3 times and then left on hold for 30 mins before I hung up.
