Your technician failed to properly re-init the vehicle after the reset and software upgrade for the Ford Recall 19B05, after driving away from the service department the expedition went into a sudden low idle and dying frequently. I followed a video on YouTube on how to properly do this. And now my SUV seems to perform how it was before.
