Partially satisfied would be more accurate. Three open items were not completed: 1. Paint chip not repaired, 2. Gas tank not filled, 3. Upholstery source not provided. I wanted to also be shown the repairs for this recall as well. The service area appeared to be in a hastily run atmosphere at the time and not a lot of time was available apparently when i arrived. I did not get my rental car receipt but was later emailed the recall paperwork. I like JC alot, he has a very positive attitude and is a decent person but i get the impression that time management is a challenge at Ken Grody. I would like to offer my help if possible to see if I can share some of my time management experience with the service department. Your customers will be loyal if you take the time to always take great care with how you treat them. Thank you for your interest.

Raul Rodriguez provided very professional customer service and good communication. He handled my service A+.
However, the mechanic technicians working on my truck can not seem to get the correct diagnosis of the problem. 2 times at Ken Grody and truck engine problem still exists. No change at all. Many thousands of dollars was paid by my company for work on engine that did not make any difference. Problem still exist! What do we do now?
