Service writer impersonal. What happened to the personal service.
We were not given paperwork. Dropped off truck at 7:00am and was told two hours. Finally got a call at 5:00 pm.

I had a awesome experience. I had my truck serviced for my upcoming trip to Phoenix, AZ. They replaced the windshield wipers, oil change, and the works!
