I am upset beyond words on how i have been treated by the service dept. My experience with Raul was great up until i picked up my car a week after dropping it off and the car had the same exact issue i dropped it off for. While waiting for Raul to finish up with another customer. At which time i notoced a small dent and what looks like shipped paint which wasnt there when i left it. It was at this point where Raul asked to drive the car to see what the problem is, which is what i thought the service dept would do during the week they had it. I understand that my car had recalls so the fact that they had the car a week was so much a bug deal until i got the car back with the same major problem i left it for. Raul then began to explain that you cant just throw it into gear while the car is in motion... because i obviously dont know how to drive my car, which i felt was a but condescending. Then after he drove the car around he finally felt the problems i had been describing to which he responded that i didnt tell them that there was a noise coming from the front of the car and that i need to better describe the problem. Mind you im not the mechanic so i reported what i believed was wrong. My understanding is as the mechanic they are the ones that should be telling me what wrong with it. This coupled with the fact that the service dept did not honor my final maintenance service job that was apart of my original lease has left a real bad taste in my mouth. That weekend i came out $130 bucks to get an oil change elsewhere when i should have had the service done for free. Also came out $275 this past weekend for a brake job that i feel should have been done with my last maintenance service prior to buying my car from the lease. I appreciate that the company covered my rental for 5 days but i still came out of pocket $133 for the rentals ins coverage. Im hoping you guys can fix this situation for me because i am beyond livid.

Two issues. I was second in line on the drive and two other customers that pulled up after me got helped first. I was asked if I would like to have my truck washed to which I said yes but when I picked up my truck it wasn’t washed. I wasn’t expecting a truck wash but it shouldn’t be offered if it’s not going to get done. Other than those two things Henry was great as well as the shuttle driver was great too. I think his name is Larry.

Service writer made me feel like he was up selling me and when I called him on it his lack of knowledge disappointed me. Put a call into his manager let him know my issue.
