You have EXORBITANT prices for repairs. I brought my 2013 focus because of the driver side window was not working. The repairs would be over $500 dollars. So I told them no thank you (I’m getting it repaired for $120 dollars) and also Annika NEVER TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED $150 DOLLARS FOR CHECKING OUT THE PROBLEM. Opening the panel, follow the electrical power from the source to the motor put the panel back... no more than 30 min work.
I’m sure it’s there somewhere in the small print but I was NEVER told about it. I think Ken Grody is just taking advantage of me with your poor business practices
