I only have one comment I would like to make about one employee at Ken Grody Ford. I would much prefer to drive over to your dealership and meet with whoever you choose (preferably the manager of the dealer and/or Mr. Grody himself).

Well Palo did great service but fail to mention to the person not to wash my car so I waited another 15 minutes till I had my car pulled out.
I the beginning no one checked to see what kind of warranty I had and were going to charge me for something that was under warranty
But I mentioned my car was under full warranty and proceeded to explain that there would be no charge
I usually work with Luis one of the best service technicians there but he is no longer there. Why do the good guys like Luis always leave
But Pablo was ok for the first time serving my car
