My car was kept for six days to do a routine service and to replace a driver side window regulator and do a repair on the passenger side door hinge. The passenger door was not repaired. When I got home I noticed the driver window was completely misaligned and I had to go back to the dealership to be properly repaired. I’m dissatisfied

I have had this chronic problem with my ford fusion for over 80k miles. When I described it in detail, it was not typed up correctly. I went back and explained it in more detail and when the mechanics look it over, they claim to have found nothing wrong. Very unlikely I will return to even get parts, and at this point i am considering stepping out of the Ford family for any other brand.
