My disappointment came when I found out the maintenance plan I purchased from Ken Grody is not much of a plan. We paid 2395.00 for this plan and you won’t even change the dirty screen and oil in our power steering unit. Our service writer told me what the plan covers sure is a different story from what you finance guy told us I feel we have been deceived. Not a happy customer.
