Was at the dealer at 7:00 had an appointment with Tim expected to first in line. I drive 30 miles or 1 hour on the freeway. Front brakes were on schedule for the next visit. I was told it would take until 4:00 pm to finish. It is not Ismael fault, the truck should have gone from oil change to brakes.

I called at 11 a.m and was told I don't need an appointment for my 15,000 mile check up. I waited over 2 hours even though I was told on the phone if I came at 1:00 p.m. the mechanics would be back from lunch. I sat outside in the Express lane for 10 minutes in 93° heat and no one acknowledged me so I went into the office. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours! Next time I will go to a place that will be more mindful of my time.
