I dropped my truck off last Friday night with check engine light light on and engine problems(turned out to be coil and spark plug) and I had to wait until Monday to find out if my rental vehicle was covered. Which I was assured of by the sales staff when I purchased the maintenance and and extended warranty that all major repairs would include a rental vehicle. I’ve had no trouble getting my rental covered before and this time I had to cover it myself and wait three days before I knew if I was actually going to have to pay for it. Very inconvenient.

Raul is an excellent service person. The service itself I was not happy with. Brought it in on Friday for an oil change and had to bring it back it back today because oil was leaking everywhere. It took almost 3 hours just to determine the seal on the drain plug was bad. And not sure why it stated in paperwork they checked tire oressure, asked to check air filter as I noticed all the diet and leaves were still on the case of the air filter so I was curious to how they actually removed the case to check air filter without disturbing any of the leaves or dirt. Takes talent I guess. Again Raul is great.Just not the service performed.
