Tim was patient with me, I am very skeptical of my best interest being a priority when it comes to my vehicle. I have not had to visit a dealership because I always had someone to handle vehicle maintenance for me. And as the long-standing dealership reputation continues, being ripped off is definitely a huge concern for me. But he handled my accusatory questioning with professionalism.
Because i indeed was surprised to find out I had a deductible on my warranty, as it was not stated to me when I made the purchase.
