Annika has great customer service skills, but it was the the back workers that could improve on time management and bringing vehicles out when they are finished. Annika had to leave her position because no one was answering her call regarding whether our vehicle was ready. It was ready and she brought it to the pick up lane herself. She’s a great worker but even good employees can get frustrated if conworkers aren’t doing their job.
