I felt like that Ford representative have taken advantage of me as a customer not knowing what’s wrong with the car. I brought my car because it’s not starting and no cranking. Expert mechanic (assuming Ford mechanic is) could have been diagnose it as just a battery replacement issue. But Ford suggested some testing that cost $200 that I think it’s not necessary. If you are in my position would you be willing to pay for services to check and other diagnostic stuff that would be unnecessary but to earn profit? It’s ok if we are rich but we are just a regular people who earn just enough to live. They should have been honest enough to say that replacing the battery would make it work. I would consider my self a Ford faithful customer because I owned 2 Ford vehicles bought brand new. I guess my future decision will be affected because of this dishonesty. I felt I’ve been rip-off on this experience. Thank you for this opportunity to voice out.

Ismael was great. However, took over 45 minutes for shuttle to pick me up. I think next time just a heads up that it might take a while to catch shuttle. Kept getting told from beginning that it was 10 minutes away. The driver is a little rough around the edges.

Thoroughly dissatisfied and on the verge of a lawsuit, I brought a brand new vehicle in for service, not only did they not do the service correctly, they scratched up my vehicle, which I had to bring back just for them to scratch it up again, I’ve been without my vehicle for over a month. Terrible terrible negligent service.

The last two times my truck was in I was told that the tires were rotated. I have the tires marked so I am sure that they were not. My paperwork shows a least three places that they were rotated. When I see this it makes me wonder what else wasn't done?
