It appears the tires were rotated but after double checking I noticed the lug nuts on the passenger rear tire were only snug and not tightened. Luckily I checked and was able to apply a full half turn on each lug but. Possible avoiding a disaster. On a brighter side my new customer service person Rail provided great service
