On the vehicle check-up there is no indication showing checking of transmission fluid. This car has no dipstick.

Normally everything is perfect when i get my 2014 F 150 serviced. I was told at previous service that air filter and cabin air filter would be changed next service (30,000 mile service) air filter was changed but not cabin air filter. Also installed new oil drain plug. When i asked why i got no explanation. Also i observed my truck being washed but waited over an hour without being called that truck was ready. Yes i will continue to get truck serviced there but i think communication with customers could be better.
