Everyone was very very nice.
They were is able to accommodate me even though I did not have an appointment. but they were able to work around my work schedule and I really appreciate that. It was very quick very fast power call me right away to tell me my car was ready. It was so so nice to have a shuttle to take me home while they did the work on my car. Larry had a full shuttle but he was so nice he took us all. very nice everyone was professional and pleasant.

I realize that your service center is busy and I realize that individuals have different responsibilities. I don’t understand how a person can take an appointment and yet blame others for being at her computer/desk to make the appointment that she doesn’t recall making. Also I don’t understand how difficult it is to get out of your seat and go inside to discuss with a customer the recommendations. Instead you will call even though I informed her I was staying inside your waiting area. She was satisfactory in her position however she did not go above any threshold to provide excellent customer service as I have received in the past at Ken Grody.
