This has nothing to do with the good service I received from Anika. My disappointment is in regards to the cost of a rear brake light plastic lens.
For a simple plastic cover I was quoted a price of over $600.00. I have to purchase the entire assembly when all I need is the exterior plastic cover.
I was greatly disappointed with Ford on the extravagant price for this common
car part.

The gas fill port door on my truck no longer closes tight. It feels like a spring or something similar broke. When I bought my maintenance and warranty packages I was told the only maintenance I would have to pay for is tires, battery and alignment. But now I find out that is not true. I am very displeased with the finance guy I talked with that finalized my purchase.
