We did not have a scheduled appointment with Tim. We have had Tim as our service advisor since we bought our Ranger and Fusion many years ago. We got our Ford Edge back and not there is a rattling noise that is prevalent at night speeds, sounding like it’s near or on the floor between the front seats.
Also, they took the extra time to wash the car but all they really did was smear the dirt/dust all over the exterior, including making the windows really dirty. I had to re wash it once we got gone it was so dirty.

My appointment was scheduled for 7am Monday morning, which I scheduled nearly 2 weeks in advance. It was a simple fix of a dome light and USB port. I did not get a call saying that my vehicle was done. I called at 5 to get a status and was told that it hadn’t even made it in the the mechanic and that it wouldn’t be fixed until the following day. Annette was very apologetic and professional about it and I do not blame her but you guys should be a bit more organized. Had I been told that it wouldn’t be able to get done on Monday I would have been ok with rescheduling. People need their cars to get back and forth to work.

I dropped my car off at 8:30am and I called to see if it was ready at 4:30 that’s almost 10hr to do a oil change and when I dropped it off they asked if I wanted it washed. When I picked it up 10hrs later they asked me if I had time to wait for a car wash so 10hrs and they still didn’t have time to wash it. Jiffy lube takes 15min to do a oil change. Oil changes should be a standard charge and I should pay when I dropped it off so I can come and just pick it up because they kept me waiting for 30min just to pay and get my car I asked if I could pay with any service person and they said I have to wait for the person that wrote the ticket. Today was the first day I considered Chevy
