I took my car cause it had 2 uncompleted recalls 1st the back left door has a problem with the latch and the 2nd recall its a cable conected to the transmission. When I took the car to the dealer the back left door was not closing because of the latch problem (of the 1st recall problem) I left the car on sunday July 21st and monday July 22 pablo called me in the morning he told me that he verify the 2 recalls and he asked me if it was okay to leave the car overnight to get fixed I say yes, pablo called me on Wednesday morning and he say my car was ready I came to pick it up in the evening when I checked the car the handle of the door that was fixed because of the recall was very tight I told pablo that the door wasn't fixed right and he says that they will check the handle and will call me the next day. Pablo called me on Thursday morning just to say that the handle is not part of the recall and if I want them to fix it I will have to pay $400 this is so ridiculous its obvious that when they were fixing the latch they broke in one way the handle and now I have to pay to fix something that the technician broke while he was fixing a problem in the same mechanism I told pablo that I was going to call to the NHTSA and that I was going to talk to the manager in charge and he says I don't know whats NHTSA and its okay if you want to talk to the manager. I just called NHTSA they told me to call ford company and if that they are not able to help me I can file a complain with NHTSA the ford company has giving me a number of case CAS22240599/C4P0T5 to file my complain also I will call consumers affairs DCA tomorrow and I will take this case to court if its possible, another thing that make me sick is that Pablo told me like 3 times we are going to wash your car and I say okay but they never did. Worse service ever experience

Ismael was excellent as always. Only issue was the shuttle took longer to reroute back to the service center that I had to get an Uber to return to work and back to the service center later in the day.

When I made the appointment I told them that I needed a ride back. I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning and didn't have a ride until 8:50. I was told my car would be done about 2:30 and I would receive a call. At 3:45 I still hadn't heard anything and I called and I left a message. I received a call back about 4:15 that my car was not done there was a problem with the machine and it wouldn't be done till the next day.I did appreciate having a car rental it just meant taking more time having to wait for someone to come and get me go to the rental place and deal with that before I could finish what I needed to do. I received a call the next morning at 11:30 that my car was available,by the time I went back to the rental place and got back to the shop it was about 12:40. I was told my car wasn't ready they still needed to wash it. Not a problem I waited for that to get done and I was on my way. As soon as I went to shut my door once I got home the door would not shut and when I got out to check the handle was loose. It had gotten caught while it was being washed by something a hose maybe? Anyways I had to drive back again holding the door shut on my way there and it was taken care of right away. I just didn't appreciate all the waiting and the extra issues. When I came to pick it up the first time and they told me it hadn't been washed I could hear the person on the other end of the radio tell them for me to just come back another time. It was all very inconvenient what should have been a very simple drop off and pick up..

Annette is awesome she cares about being of service and when I inquire about the rewards program she does all she can. I can trust that she is honest and won't try to sell me what I do t need ie. One dealer in Massachusetts told me I needed brakes when I didn't. It's important for me to know I can trust someone who won't lie and take advantage because it's expensive to maintain a car like I do with the amount of miles I drive (I drive on average 250 miles a day 7 days a week)
