The repairs that were performed did not fix the problem. The noise still persists the same as when I originally took my car in for servicing 2 weeks ago. This has been a really frustrating experience especially due to taking time off work, paying for a rental car, and not having a timeframe when the repair would be completed.
In order to be completely satisfied I would like the problem to be fixed and a complementary rental so I can get to work.

I advised your employee that I took the day off to bring my ford escape in for a required recall repair. I dropped off the veh at 8:30’ish AM and did not receive a call to pick up. The promised time was 5 pm, at 6:45 pm I arrived at Ken Ford to get my truck and no one knew what I was there for. I was not happy and some finally helped me, I was told the vehicle was repaired earlier and was now in back of several vehicles and they would get me my truck. I finally did get my truck and left. This was not a good experience and the lack of communication is extremely unprofessional.
