I bring my 2016 mustang for an oil change, I do have an extended warranty, have issue with the passenger visor keeps falling, I was told I will get charge $100 for deductible, as well for an oil change and cabin filter replacement? What is my extended warranty for? Last time I wasn’t get charge on my oil change and some defective parts that was replaced. I’m not happy customer and un satisfied .

Annette was very pleasant and helpful in trying to get our car back to us. It must have been a busy Tuesday because it took 2 hours for us to get a ride from you to the dealership. Annette had left the keys at the receptionist. The first thing I did was to see if the lift gate on our Flex was fixed.
Unfortunately, it had the same problem. I tried it a couple times. The service department was closing, but a man said he would leave a note for Annette to call us.
She didn't call either me or my wife.
We're pretty busy with work and school this week and next. Please advise what we should do. This is the second time we have had the car in for the exact same problem and not fixed either time.

I enjoy getting my car serviced by Ford but the shuttle service for Ford also seems to be a nightmare every time I have used it, and the driver I have had the last few times has made me feel for my safety with his driving.

This is nothing personal to who worked on our car but we were slightly irritated by the fact that on our way home from picking our car up we realized the AC all of a sudden wasn’t working. You guys were already closed so we couldn’t immediately bring it back to get looked at. So it’s just a little frustrating that I have to make time on my one day off to come back in. Other than that we’ve always been satisfied with all of the other work you guys have done
