2 typos on my email address. I informed Tim Prete if those errors. He typed corrections, said it was corrected.
After I paid my bill to the cashier & was walking to my car, I noticed those same errors were still on my paperwork.
I went back to Tim Prete's work station & waited. I finally gave up. I went back to the cashier where I had paid with a check. She corrected my email address & gave me a new copy of my invoice with my correct email address.
Seems like Tim Prete needs more training on making corrections on the computer. Maybe he doesn't know how to "save" corrections?
However, I was very satisfied by the technician who diagnosed & treated my brake problem that ended up being a bad battery under my hood. Good detective work!!
