Pablo called us and told us we needed new tires. We asked him for a quote and he said he would call us back with a quote within 20 minutes. Pablo did not call so we called him only to find out he had already left for the day. Very poor customer service.
When we picked up the vehicle the customer service lady was so rushed she gave us the wrong information on the cost of the tires 3 times. I had to figure it out myself.
Service was very poor.

I’m Satisfied with Ismael’s Customer service. I consider him an “old school” writer. I know that he’s been there for years when bringing my other fords in. He gets straight to the point. I don’t like when writers beat around the bush but Ismael is spot on. The truck was a bit dusty in the inside and smudge marks all over the front bumper. I didn’t sweat it. I bought some cleaning wipers and wiped down the interior. It wasn’t a big deal for my. I’ve asked Ismael for a favor to remove the greasy smudge marks off the front bumper and he offers to take care of me by offering a complete detail. I really appreciated that even though I would’ve been happy to just remove the smudge marks. A breather hose was missing and the part was ordered and replaced. I give Ismael a 100% even though there were things in the truck that I’ve spotted. Those issues were not his fault and does not deserve to be slammed in this personal survey and drop is pay. I should know. I understand both customer and service writers side. Being Terminated for a doing that wasn’t your fault and the writer being slammed for it in a survey isn’t fair. After 11 years with Toyota, that’s what happened to me. It is what it is when it comes to CSI. It was the last quarter of the year and I get slammed. Lol over a great writer even though I hate paying the difference in labor charges from what my extended warranty pays per hour and what Ken Grody service department charges per hour. At the end of the day, I know that my trucks most common issues will be repairs with updated parts. The truck is back in the shop for a transmission issue. Trans has to be replaced. Good ol’ Fords lol I like my truck. Maybe in a year I’ll get a new f150

The men are very polite with a professional attitude and was happy with them.
My suggestion is to have a more comfortable and up to date service area for customers the chairs are old and there is no tv,magazines,vending machines and would like to be separated from the service attendants conversations and service men coming in and out getting coffee etc,
My suggestion is to visit South Bay they have a very nice area for us and give a coupon for five dollars to buy a snack or a full blown lunch.
My experience with my service contract for life oil change and brakes is a enormous let down the oil change takes no less than three hours and good god it it’s like we are hostage to you and the service counter.
I will never buy it again because it’s every 7550 miles not five thousand I think it’s to long of a period of time for California vehicles with so much stop and go driving.
I could go to quick lube and be in and out in less than thirty minutes oil and brake contract is like a ball and chain for me it’s like going to the DMV.
I love my ford truck the mileage,apple software and the new designs are great.
Sorry for **** on your birthday cake but but you’ve got to get us out of there quicker or have some entertainment.
